Examples from our custom machine portfolio
Bag filler machine unit
Lifts paper bags with vacuum grippers, opens them and places them on the filling nozzle. They can then be filled with virtually any dry material.
Robotic cell with bag inspection
Inspects filled bags with cameras and weight measurement, palletizes them onto two pallets, or rejects them if necessary.
Robot controller tester group
Runs endurance test cycles or high-voltage tests on the power electronics of robot controllers. Through a switching matrix the device simulates the controller’s axes with servo motors; built-in lab instruments perform high-level evaluation.
4-camera inspection and packaging unit
Inspects products for defects, sequences and packages them. Cameras filter out defective items; flat-folded boxes are automatically folded, filled with the appropriate products, and forwarded to the operator.
