2. Subject and scope of the GTC
These GTC govern the general conditions of contractual relationships between the Service Provider and the Customer for electrical control engineering design, switching cabinet and custom machine manufacturing, supply of automation solutions and related services.
3. Subject of the contract
- Electrical design (EPLAN P8 Electric)
- Design, manufacturing and commissioning of control and automation cabinets
- Switching cabinet manufacturing (low-voltage, protection, building automation)
- Custom machine design and execution from concept to turnkey delivery
- Robotics, vision systems, warehouse automation, PLC and SCADA programming
4. Contracting process
Contracts are concluded in writing (email or signed document) on the basis of an individual quote. The quote includes technical scope, schedule, contract price and payment terms. By accepting the order, the Customer acknowledges these GTC.
5. Performance conditions, deadlines, warranty
Delivery deadlines are recorded in the individual contract. The Service Provider provides warranty on its products under applicable law and as recorded in the individual contract. Details: [to be filled in].
6. Payment terms
Prices are net values; invoicing is carried out in accordance with applicable Hungarian law. Installment payments, advances and performance milestones are recorded in the individual contract. In case of late payment, the Service Provider charges interest in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code.
7. Settlement of disputes
The parties shall primarily seek to settle disputes amicably. In case of legal dispute, the competent Hungarian court of the Service Provider’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
