2. Scope of data processed
- Data voluntarily provided during contact: name, email address, phone number, message content.
- Business and technical information shared during quote requests / project consultation.
- Technical data automatically logged during website visits (IP address, browser type, visit time — see Cookie Policy).
3. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
Contact with the data subject, providing quotes, preparing and fulfilling contracts, and meeting related legal obligations. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1) (a) consent, (b) contract performance, (c) legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest.
4. Duration of data processing
We retain contact data for up to 5 years after closure of the matter, and contractual data for 8 years as required by accounting law, unless a different retention period is required by law.
5. Data transfers and processors
The Controller transfers data to third parties only on the basis of legal obligation or explicit consent. Data processors: hosting provider, email service, accounting office (details [to be filled in]).
